Students in Year 3/4 have already got off to a flying start and we are so impressed with their growing responsibility in the space.
Term 3 will be filled with lots of learning, excitement and special activities, including Book Week, Multicultural/Olympics Day, Father's Day Breakfast and a special excursion. Students will find out more about this during the weeks to come!
In Term 3, homework will be sent home each Monday and is expected to be returned on the following Friday. Homework activities will cover a range of subjects including reading, writing, spelling and mathematics.
In addition to this all, on Tuesday the 19th of July (from 3:30-5:00pm) we will be hosting our Learning Expo. All students are encouraged to remain at school as they will be showcasing their original and unique inventions which they worked hard to produce as part of our Term 2 Inquiry Unit. There will also be a range of special activities e.g. sporting clinic, glee club performance and opportunities to visit other classrooms to see what is going on.
We look forward to your ongoing participation and involvement throughout the term.
Sophie Gamage, Zachary Lane and Caitlin Mauric.
